Welcome to Big Fin Energy LLC! By booking a trip, using our services, or browsing our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Bookings & Payments

A deposit of 15% is required to secure your charter.
Final payment is due on the day of the trip.
We accept credit card, cash, online payment

Cancellations & Refunds

Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip may be refunded minus processing fees. Cancellations made within 6 days of the trip may result in forfeiture of deposit.
Weather Cancellations: Safety is our top priority. If the captain deems conditions unsafe, trips may be rescheduled or refunded.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive at the scheduled departure time will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be issued.

Safety & Conduct

All passengers must follow the captain’s instructions at all times.
Life jackets and safety equipment will be provided and must be used as directed.
Alcohol is permitted in moderation, but excessive drinking, disorderly conduct, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
The captain reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund if safety or conduct becomes an issue.

Assumption of Risk

Fishing and boating involve inherent risks, including injury or loss. By participating in a charter, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Big Fin Energy LLC, its owners, and crew are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except in cases of proven negligence.

Catch & Release / Limits

We comply with all state and federal fishing regulations, including size and bag limits. The captain has final say on keeping or releasing fish in accordance with conservation laws.

Liability Waiver

All passengers may be required to sign a liability waiver before departure. Refusal to sign may result in cancellation of your trip without refund.

Website Use

Content on our website (images, text, logos, etc.) is owned by Big Fin Energy LLC and may not be used without permission.
We are not responsible for errors, technical issues, or third-party links provided on our site.
